Yes, you can sell on Etsy from Pakistan (as of November 2026). Etsy's help center lists Pakistan as a country eligible for Etsy Payments, through a Payoneer account. You open the shop in your own name with your own Pakistani address and Payoneer-linked Pakistani bank account. Etsy pays your Payoneer account in US dollars every Monday, and you withdraw to your bank.

What you need to open an Etsy shop in Pakistan

• Your own identity and address. Etsy Payments needs a residential address and a valid bank account in an eligible country, and Etsy verifies your identity. Payoneer also asks new account holders for a government ID, a selfie and proof of address.
• A Payoneer account linked to a Pakistani bank account. Etsy requires Payoneer for sellers in Pakistan. The bank country you choose becomes your shop country, and the bank account must be in that same country. If Etsy says "details don't match", the Payoneer account usually has a bank from a different country.
• Products that meet Etsy's Creativity Standards. Everything must be made by you, designed by you, handpicked by you (vintage, 20+ years old) or sourced by you (craft supplies, party items). If a workshop makes your own design, disclose it as a production partner. Reselling bought-in goods as handmade is not allowed.

Do not use shortcuts. Opening a shop with someone else's identity, a borrowed foreign bank account, or an address you don't live at breaks Etsy's rules and is the fastest way to have a shop closed and its funds held. Pakistan is supported directly, so there is no need for any of it.

1. Write titles buyers search for, in plain English: "Personalised leather dog collar, handmade veg-tan" before "Sialkot craft". Put the origin story in the description and tags, where it builds trust.
2. Use all the tags Etsy allows with multi-word phrases (for example "pakistani truck art", "bridal khussa", "ajrak fabric") and match them to the attributes Etsy asks for.
3. Photograph properly: a clean first photo, a scale shot, close-ups of stitching or stones, a lifestyle shot and a short making-of video.
4. Be honest on materials: real fibre content (US labelling rules don't accept "pashmina" as a fibre name), gem treatments, leather type.
5. Price in USD, include a size chart, set realistic processing times and state who pays duty.
